Roles

Work

Since 2022

Head of PO/PM

My current job. I joined this marketing agency to start a brand new department, helping Belgian companies navigating IT challenges by providing them with the help of a Project Manager or Product Owner.

This includes defining an ICU and sales approach, the development of a Personal Development Plan for PO's and PM's, doing market research and document a 'Way of Work' for Project & Product Management, making sure to have the right people on board, and so much more.

Since 2020

Teamlead

Managing a team (up to 6 people), with all individual and collective challenges that come with that. Hiring, managing, coaching, training, firing,...

But also retrospectives, peer-to-peer evaluations, teambuildings, and a lot more fun stuff!

I care about my team's well-being. No matter how busy I am managing projects, I will make time for my team. They are too important to be busy.

Since 2016

Digital Project Manager

I'm doing Project Management for the last 8 years. I worked for small Belgian companies, but also for several A-brands spending millions annually on their website and marketing, in FMCG, banking, non-profit, government, etc.

My experience is very varied, I handled different technologies and different types of projects. From organizing ongoing support to large strategic projects spanning several years.

Since 2011

Web Developer

I started back in 2011 as a freelance Web Developer after my day job, with focus on PHP and some frameworks.

In 2016 I joined a UX agency and handled the support and smaller development requests for an FMCG international, with stakeholders in 16 countries. After that, I quickly moved to Project Management.

Now, I still do some freelance development on the side, as an independent contractor.

Clients

I've been working with many companies through several digital agencies.

During the first months of Covid, retirement homes were completely flooded with sick employees and dying residents. The Red Cross employed several Crisis volunteers to help feeding and entertaining the elderly.

Regional IT Manager

Oxfam

As the regional IT Manager from 2014-2016, I was responsible for managing the IT infrastructure of the 5 Antwerp shops and providing support to the store managers. I also switched telecom providers and facilitated the move to new headquarters.

Last but not least

Some side projects

In my spare time, I've been building and maintaining some side projects, because I just love to code.
